Digital Filing Requirement
The KVK iXBRL Filing Mandate
Starting from financial year 2025, large Dutch companies must file their annual reports with the KVK (Kamer van Koophandel) in iXBRL format. Medium-sized companies will follow in subsequent years.
This digital filing requirement replaces the traditional PDF deposit and requires reports to be tagged against the Dutch GAAP taxonomy (NL Taxonomy 2025) using SBR (Standard Business Reporting) standards.
