Getting Started
Convert your financial reports to machine-readable iXBRL in four straightforward steps.
How it works
1.Upload your document
Upload your annual report as a PDF or DOCX file. The document should contain text-searchable financial statements.
2.Choose your filing profile
Choose the destination first: Dutch GAAP (SBR/KVK) for KVK filings, or IFRS (ESEF) for EU-listed companies. If your annual report includes both consolidated and company financial statements, Doc2iXBRL keeps them separate and applies the right filing rules to each set.
3.Review and refine
Review the extracted financial data and taxonomy mappings. Adjust concept assignments, create extensions if needed, and ensure accuracy.
4.Download
Download the export that matches your filing profile. When the filing requires bundled report assets, Doc2iXBRL prepares the package for you so you do not have to assemble report components manually.
Supported formats
Text-searchable PDFs up to 50MB. Annual reports and financial statements.
Word documents (2007+) up to 50MB. Tables and structured content are preserved.
Reports with consolidated and company statements
How to choose
Pick the filing profile that matches the destination of the filing, not just the accounting basis in the PDF. For Dutch filings, choose Dutch GAAP (SBR/KVK). For EU-listed reports, choose IFRS (ESEF).
What Doc2iXBRL does
When a report contains both consolidated and company financial statements, Doc2iXBRL keeps those sections distinct during review so you can map each set against the right filing rules before exporting the final filing package.
